So I went into the Evil Empire Monday (AKA Wal Mart), and the garden center was cleaned out and had been turned into Santa Land. People it was October 1st. Halloween hasn't even happened yet, let alone Thanksgiving. But then, of course, Halloween candy has been prominently displayed since August. Just in case you were planning really far ahead . . .
